It has controlling interests in m&m Communications Limited, a leading advertising agency in Tanzania, Infotech Computers Limited, an IT and Telecoms Services Company and W-Stores Co LTD, the operator of the WOOLWORTHS franchise in Tanzania and Uganda.

Infotech Place is one of the Infotech Investment Group Real Estate  development  projects.   Other  development  projects  in  the Groups new and  expanding  Real  Estate portfolio include the Infotech Plaza building in Geita, Tanzania as well as other projects currently on the drawing board.
